4. DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS OUTSIDE SWITZERLAND
Goods will be shipped upon receipt of your payment.
Paper napkins and tissues are carefully packaged in plastic bags so that they do not suffer from moisture.
All shipments are made by Swiss Post.
Any charges levied by the customs of your own country will be at your expense.
The overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Martinique, etc.) are not considered from Switzerland as part of Europe and consequently the costs under zone 2 apply.
4.2. Delivery for countries in zone 1 (see list of countries included in zone 1):
Mail B / Economy mail = 5 to 10 working days depending on the country
Mail A / Priority mail = 3 to 5 working days depending on the country
Mail A Registered / Registered priority mail = 3 to 5 working days depending on the country
By "working days" you must understand Monday to Friday as the weekend does not count.

HappyServiettes.ch will not be held responsible for any loss of package, delay in distribution or damage to items by third parties. Mails A and B (Priority mail and Economy mail) are not registered and therefore there is no way to track the package.
